Day by Day Through Pharaonic Egypt

Day 1

Arrival in Cairo

Scheduled flight to the capital. Welcome by your tour guide and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2

Pyramids & Museum

After breakfast, experience the Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, and subsequently visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM).

Day 3

Luxor & Embarkation

Transfer to Luxor and embarkation on your dahabiya. Alternating visits: Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple, the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, and the Hatshepsut Temple.

Esna & Edfu

After passing through the Esna lock, the dahabiya departs toward El Kab. Continue sailing to Edfu with a visit to the Horus Temple. In the evening, an Egyptian barbecue dinner on board.

Gebel el-Silsila

Sailing past Gebel el-Silsila, the historical stone quarry. Overnight stay takes place on an island near Kom Ombo.

Kom Ombo to Aswan

In the morning, visit the temples of Sobek and Haroeris (Kom Ombo). Afterwards, the dahabiya continues its journey toward Aswan.
