Itinerary
Day by day through the land of the pharaohs
Arrival in Cairo
Scheduled flight to the millennia-old metropolis of Cairo. Following a traditional welcome, your escort will accompany you to the hotel.
Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum
After breakfast, a private excursion awaits you to the monumental Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Afterwards, you will visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). Included lunch rounds off the day.
Flight to Aswan & Embarkation
Morning flight to Aswan. Here, you will be transferred to the ship—the kick-off of your Nile cruise. In the afternoon, Elephantine Island and the Temple of Kalabsha are on the schedule before the ship continues towards Kom Ombo.
Kom Ombo Double Temple
After breakfast, visit the double temple of Kom Ombo. Look forward to dinner on board overlooking the banks of the Nile, followed by continued sailing to Edfu.
The Temple of Edfu
Following lunch on board, you will visit the well-preserved Edfu Temple. The day concludes with unforgettable scenery along the Nile and an overnight stay on board.
Valley of the Kings & Red Sea
In the morning, tour the sights of the East Bank: Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, and the Hatshepsut Temple. In the afternoon, visit the temples of Luxor and Karnak. Evening transfer to the hotel on the Red Sea.
